As mentioned, it does happen to also have 20g of Protein and at least 25% of all major Vitamins and Minerals. So there are worthy attributes about the Promax bars. I would say having this as a cheat day dessert. Maybe stick it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before eating...YUM! "
