If you were to take extra in the form of a body building supplement you would speed up your muscle building time. You may also want to keep an eye out for estrogen blockers.

Testosterone supplements usually contain some form of estrogen blockers, so you may not need to get any extra. However, this depends on if you find the proper testosterone supplement.
